How we control quality

Material Check
Fabric, webbing, buckles and dyes inspected against the approved spec before cutting.

Inline QC
First-piece approval and hourly line checks during sewing and printing.

Final Inspection
AQL 2.5 sampling: measurements, stitching, color, zippers and packing checked per lot.

Shipment Proof
Photos & video of packed cartons sent before balance payment and dispatch.
