Pricing & payment
Tiered pricing
Reference prices in the catalog are the 50–199 pcs tier. Bigger quantities unlock better tiers at 200+ and 500+ pcs. Final quotes depend on fabric and customization.
Payment methods
Bulk orders: T/T — 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy. Samples: PayPal or credit card. L/C available for established partners.
Price validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days (fabric and freight markets move). We confirm the final price before every order.
Quality guarantee
AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment. Confirmed quality issues are compensated by refund or replacement on the next order.

| How do I get samples? | Order a sample pack (pick any 5 styles) from the Contact page; sample fees are refunded on your first bulk order. |
| Is my design exclusive to me? | Yes. Custom prints and ODM styles are contractually exclusive for 12 months, renewable. |
| What about compliance/testing? | AZO-free dyes as standard; Prop 65 and REACH test reports available for key styles (see Quality & Compliance). |
| Can you hold stock for me? | Repeat customers can reserve seasonal stock with a deposit — ask your account rep about Q4 programs. |
